Delivery Time –
Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped out from our warehouse same business day. Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 2 - 5 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 4 - 20 business days (20 days is an exaggeration although it can happen if you give us the wrong address). All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may or may not be longer.
PureAndBeautiful.com is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Why isn't there an "order button"? I can't find it!
When a product has sold out or if it has been discontinued, we remover the order button. We are updating our product list (as of Jan 2010) and everything should be available for ordering soon. Bookmark us and check back often. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What if something I ordered is back ordered?
Due to order volume our inventory levels may vary. We do have an extensive inventory however there are times back orders occur. We will hold orders with back orders on them for a period up to 15 days while waiting to receive our shipment from our product suppliers. If for some reason we do not receive the back ordered item(s) through the manufacturer within the 15 day period we will cancel the back order and issue a credit for the charged item(s) accruing on an order that we were unable to obtain. At which point the customer will be notified by email or phone of the adjusted price of their order. We will then ship out the order with what we have on hand per customer request.

What is PureAndBeautiful.com's Return Policy?
Return or Exchange Policy:
PureAndBeautiful.com stands behind every product we offer. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective professional salon hair care products available. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 60 days of purchase.
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. All unopened merchandise will be accepted for a full refund (less shipping and handling costs) for 30 days from the date orders are received. 31-60 days from the date orders are received you will receive store credit. Opened or used products will not be refundable. If you wish to return your products, please notify us first via e-mail at returns@PureAndBeautiful.com. Products sent back without authorization will become the property of PureAndBeautiful.com.
PureAndBeautiful's Return Policy:
- Items must be returned within 60 days from the date of receipt for store credit or exchange.
- Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Used, abused, or broken after use items will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, and all accessories.
- Items must be packaged in a manner, so that they are not damaged during transit. Insufficiently packaged items that are damaged during transit are not eligible for refund or reimbursement.
- You must include the packing slip and all original packaging materials.
- We cannot accept CODs for returned merchandise.
- In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our customer service department.
- Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
- We will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. The shipping for items being returned should be paid by the customer. No returns will be accepted without our prior written approval. Please contact customer service to receive a return authorization prior to shipping your return item(s) out.
Packing and Sending Your Return:
ALL items must be returned in their original condition. All returns must be shipped back to PureAndBeautiful.com using a tracking courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by PureAndBeautiful.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
Please be sure to include:
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise
Please allow up to 30 days after we receive the items to process return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
